Clean and fresh rooms ,we have two fully functional rooms with all amenities such as a Tv, Amazon Firestick , Kettle,fully functional kitchen, showers,home made food and also a drawing room . The guests will not be disturbed as the rooms are located on the ground floor while the family resides on the first floor. Utmost care is taken to provide guest with clean linen as well as clean rooms.

The space
Our homestay is one of the finest houses in Haldwani. We are centrally located with the Devashish hotel being just 500 metres from our place,Kathgodam railway station as well as Haldwani railway station being just 2 kilometres and 4 kilometres from our house respectively. We not only provide accommodation for our guests, but also have ample space to host parties in areas such as the two lawns as well in the drawing room area. We also organize candle light dinners, bonfire as well as barbecue facilities at a very nominal cost. Free Parking is available inside the premises. Chef is also available.

Guest access
The guests will have full access to the kitchen and drawing room .All the above mentioned parts are on the ground floor. chef is available who can cook meals according to the choice of the in house guests. Speakers can be arranged on prior request.
